CHIEF, SUPPORT SERVICES: (SEARCH RE-OPENED) Anne Arundel County Public Library, Annapolis, MD invites applications for this position which supervises the managers of and oversees 3 departments:  Materials Management, Information Services Support (IT), and Technical Services.  Reports directly to Library Administrator. ALA-accredited MLS, plus considerable professional public library experience, at least 3 years of which has been in management or administration and which includes supervision, policy formulation, planning & budgeting and other operational experience that qualifies the candidate to provide leadership in the 3 functional areas of support services. Hiring Range is $59,045 - $70,184 depending on experience. Full salary range is $56,200 – $81,297 (plus longevity pay increases at 7,11, and 16 years).  Excellent benefits package includes 4 weeks of annual leave starting with year of hire.
