Sneaks the Cat, from the Anne Arundel County Public Library, joined Annapolis Middle school eighth grader Lily Lucas, Principal Monique Jackson, eighth grader Arriel Surgeon and Anne Arundel County Public Library Administrator Skip Auld at a March 1 reception at the school to kick off Governor Martin O'Malley's Read Across Maryland initiative. The Governor has challenged all Marylanders to read 30 minutes for 30 days during the month of March. For more information, go to readacrossmaryland.org.
