To celebrate Maryland State Library Agency’s Career Success Month and National Mentoring Month, Severna Park Library is proud to host a Speed Mentoring event! 

Much like speed dating, the purpose of speed mentoring is to allow participants (both mentees and mentors) to make meaningful connections, and in the process, glean professional wisdom for their own unique career trajectories. 

Mentee participants will have the opportunity for brief conversations with at least five volunteer mentors, after which there will be an opportunity for informal networking. 

Registration is required for participation in this event. 

American Sign-Language (ASL) interpreters are available with advanced notice for library-sponsored programs. To schedule an interpreter, complete this request form at least 24 hours prior to the event date.  For questions, email translations@aacpl.net.
