Program Description

Event Details

Celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month by creating a colorful tumbling block weaving inspired by the work of nonbinary textile artist, Mathew Boudreaux, also known as Mx. Domestic. Each participant will choose 3 colors of satin ribbon to weave with as we learn how to create a pattern of cascading blocks. This and other textile projects are featured in their book Fabric Weaving: Play with Color & Pattern; 12 Projects, 12 Designs to Mix & Match.
