Join mental/behavioral health experts Catherine Gray, LCSW-C and Ann Hoyt, LCSW-C to learn what resilience is, how we can build resilience skills in ourselves, and how we can foster resilience in others. Resilience is the strength, skills and resources to help us thrive. These skills can be developed and enhanced throughout our lives. Registration for this program is recommended.
