Enter the Raffle: For every friend who signs up, you'll be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a $200 gift card! Friend's Raffle: Your friend will also be entered into their own separate raffle to win a $200 gift card when they sign up for a library card.

Terms & Conditions – $200 Visa Gift Card Referral Raffle
Eligibility:
- Open to individuals 18+ who refer at least one friend who completes sign-up, and all those who sign up for an instant digital library card on aacpl.net.
How to Enter:
- Earn 1 entry per referred friend who signs up.
- Earn 1 entry by becoming a new AACPL cardholder (must live, work, or own property in Maryland).
- Referrals must use the provided referral link or code.
Promotional Period:
- February 1 – February 28, 2025 (ends at 11:59 PM ET).
Prizes:
- One (1) referrer and one (1) new cardholder will each win a $200 Visa gift card.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Winner Selection & Notification:
- Winners selected after the promo ends, by March 10.
- Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days.
Referral Limitations:
- Referred friends must be new AACPL customers.
General Conditions:
- By entering, participants agree to these terms.
- Organizer may modify, cancel, or suspend the raffle due to unforeseen issues.
