From Rts. 3 and 424, turn onto Rt. 424 (Davidsonville Rd.). Make a left at the third light onto Riedel Road. The library is on the right past the Crofton Convalescent Center.

Income Tax Assistance

AARP Income Tax Assistance for Seniors and Low- and Middle-Income Residents. (AARP membership is not required.)

For certain taxpayers with income under $90,000, with special attention to those age 60 and older. Trained volunteers are available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation. Self-service electronic filing is available using the library computers.

You are not eligible if you earn more than $90,000 per year, own rental property, have business expenses or have a ROTH IRA worth over $10,000.

The drop-in service requires no registration and is available on a first come, first served basis.

Sensory Storytime - Saturday, February 13, 2016 - 10:00am

Our Sensory Storytime is specifically designed for young children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory integration issues, or other developmental disabilities.

Registration is required and space is limited. Please call for more information and to register your child.

A Century of Birdfeeding - Saturday, February 13, 2016 - 2:00pm

During National Birdfeeding Month, hear the storied history of caring for these winged creatures. Margaret Barker, co-author of "Feeding Wild Birds in America," describes the evolution of birdfeeding since the 19th century and the backyard birds of then and now. Afterward, craft a treat for the birds.
