Directions: 

From the Baltimore/Washington Parkway, head west on Rt. 198 less than 1/4 mile, then turn right at the first traffic light onto Russett Green East. Go past WalMart entrance, then turn left onto Russett Common. The library is on the left.

English Basic Skills

Free English classes offered by Anne Arundel Community College integrate listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for students with minimal English training. Please call this branch for class dates or more information.

Income Tax Assistance

AARP Income Tax Assistance for Seniors and Low- and Middle-Income Residents. (AARP membership is not required.)

For certain taxpayers with income under $90,000, with special attention to those age 60 and older. Trained volunteers are available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation. Self-service electronic filing is available using the library computers.

You are not eligible if you earn more than $90,000 per year, own rental property, have business expenses or have a ROTH IRA worth over $10,000.

Wednesdays, February 3 through April 13 from 1 to 4 pm.

The drop-in service requires no registration and is available on a first come, first served basis.

Annapolis Symphony Orchestra at your Library ~ Clarinet - Wednesday, June 8, 2016 - 6:00pm

Robert DiLutis of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra will perform an interactive, family friendly concert with question and answer time.  Participants will be encouraged to ask questions, learn about the instruments, and listen to classical music. Performance will begin at 6 pm and last approximately 30-45 minutes.
