Open Sundays from 1 to 5pm, September through May.

Directions: 

McKinsey Road intersects Ritchie Highway (Rt.2) at the Severna Park Mall and Park Plaza. The branch is on the left or south side of McKinsey Road heading west from Rt. 2, just behind the 7-11.

Income Tax Assistance for Seniors and Low-Income Residents

By appointment only. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, February 3 through April 15 from 9 am to 2 pm.
Volunteers trained by the Internal Revenue Service and the Maryland Comptroller's office will help taxpayers over age 60 and those in low-income tax brackets prepare their federal and state tax returns. Self-service electronic filing is available using the library computers. This service is free of charge. Please call Frank Winner at 410-647-3335 between 9 am and 5 pm for an appointment.
