Open Sundays from 1 to 5pm, September through May.

McKinsey Road intersects Ritchie Highway (Rt.2) at the Severna Park Mall and Park Plaza. The branch is on the left or south side of McKinsey Road heading west from Rt. 2, just behind the 7-11.

Income Tax Assistance for Seniors and Low- and Middle Income Residents

AARP Low- and Middle-Income Residents Free tax help. (AARP membership is not required.)

Trained volunteers are available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation. For certain taxpayers with income under $90,000, with special attention to those age 60 and older. You are not eligible if you earn more than $90,000 per year, own rental property, have business expenses or have a ROTH IRA worth over $10,000.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays through April 15, 9 am to 1 pm
