Income Tax Help
Free tax help from AARP
The AARP Tax Aide program will be offering taxpayers in Anne Arundel County free tax preparation for the 2020 tax year beginning on 1 February 2021. AARP Tax Aide volunteers are trained to help taxpayers file a variety of income tax forms and schedules; however, they may not be able to provide assistance for more complex situations.
Because of the on-going coronavirus situation, all tax preparation will be by appointment only in 2021, at two sites:
- Heritage Community Church (8146 Quarterfield Rd, Severn, MD) please call 410-647-6126.
- Annapolis (1701 Belle Drive, Annapolis, MD, 21401) please call 443-333-9014.
Please leave your name, phone number, and email address and AARP will call you back to explain this year’s procedures and schedule an appointment for you. The scheduling line will be available beginning on 24 January and can be contacted between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. What you need to bring with you to your appointment
More information about this program can be found on the Anne Arundel County AARP Tax-Aide Assistance website.
