Maryland City at Russett Library will open at 11:00 Wednesday, December 11. There will be no 10 am Babies in Bloom program held that day.  

The Severn Library will close Wednesday, December 11 at 5 pm and will be closed through Friday, December 13 for improvements.

Free tax help begins in February 2020.

AARP Income Tax Assistance for Residents

Volunteers will be available to answer questions and assist with tax form preparation. The service requires no registration unless noted and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Self-service electronic filing using library computers.  Sponsor: AARP

Tuesdays, February 4 – April 14 at 1 pm. Sign-up sheets will be available at 11 am each Tuesday of tax assistance.

Mondays, February 3 – April 13 from 9 am - noon.

Eastport-Annapolis Neck

Glen Burnie

AARP membership is not required. Trained volunteers are available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation. Not eligible if you have farm income, rental property income, or self-employed income with a net loss.
