Happy December!
As 2023 comes to a close, we find great joy in reflecting on the books we read throughout the year. In an annual tradition, our dedicated AACPL staff, spanning 16 locations (including Library Headquarters), has meticulously curated a collection of personal favorites published in 2023.
In the current year, we are pleased to present a selection of noteworthy submissions that encompass diverse genres. These include the comedic adult fiction titled The Dog of the North by Elizabeth McKenzie, the LGBTQIA+ romance graphic novel Hockey Girl Loves Drama Boy by Faith Hicks and the picture book devoted to the theme of friendship We Are Going to Be Pals! by Mark Teague.
