They Both Die At The End By Adam Silvera

They Both Die at the End is an LGBTQ+ fiction novel. This book was amazingly well written, intriguing, and was written in a way that the characters felt like real people that can be relatable. The story is about Mateo and Rufus, who meet and change each other's lives in the course of a day. Truthfully, I wish I could forget this book entirely just so I could read it again for the first time. The events in this book made me cry both happy and sad tears.

They Both Die at the End changed the way I saw things and made me want to try new things even if they scare me. This book explores many themes well. Some of the topics the story explores include chosen family, meeting new people, and taking chances. The imagery and dialogue was amazing. The characters felt more like real people because of the dialogue and the descriptive writing made it easy to picture how things happened and what the different locations looked like. The way the story ended left room for readers to wonder what happened next and create their own theories and learn about the theories others that have read the book have created.

This book is great for teen or adult readers. It talks about some topics that may be triggering for some readers so research on the possible triggering topics may be necessary for some people. For anyone looking for a book with character development and relationship growth between characters, this is a book I greatly recommend for anyone interested.
