988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. It provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.

Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis

If you're feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, call 211 or dial (443) 608-9182 directly and you will be connected with a representative who can help. The WARMLine representative will listen to your concerns and refer you to any additional resources you may need. Available weekdays from 10 AM to 8 PM and Sat/Sun from 10 AM to 6 PM. Sponsored by the United Way of Central Maryland.  The Pro Bono Counseling WARMLine is staffed by mental health professionals, 10AM-8PM, Monday-Friday and 10AM-6PM on Saturday and Sunday.
