Learn meditation, mindfulness, and laughter yoga techniques with instructor Valentina McKenzie.
Program presented by Instructor Valentina McKenzie, Certified Mindfulness teacher, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and in training to be an instinctive meditation teacher.
This class combines the practices of meditation, mindfulness and laughter yoga. The goal of this class is for participants to learn how to use:
- Mindfulness to increase feelings of connection, wellbeing, and focused relaxation
- Meditation to calm the body and mind
- Laughter yoga techniques release stress and anxiety
The overall goal is to cultivate improved self-knowledge and positive emotions. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as anyone who has previous experience with any of these practices.
