When asked, many experts agree that a person's mental health can be improved by being mindful of the present moment, reducing stress, building connections, and spending time outside, but in today's world, it's hard to find the time to do all of the things.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us to learn and explore ways to combined these suggestions to improve your mental health.

Weather permitting, this event will be outside. While we have a limited supply of mats, we encourage participants to bring a towel, blanket, or chair to sit on.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available with advanced notice for library-sponsored programs. To schedule an interpreter, complete this request form at least one week prior to the event date. For questions, email programming@aacpl.net.
