Join instructor Joshua Craddock for a 90-minute self-defense workshop for teens and adults to gain a greater understanding of what “self-defense” really means. Learn how to appropriately respond to and diffuse dangerous situations, acquire knowledge to command body language, positioning, and vocalization and practice effective techniques in various scenarios, distances, and positions.

 

Instructor Bio:

Joshua Craddock has been working in the health, fitness, and wellness industry full-time since he graduated from Towson University in 2009 with degrees in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. He has been teaching movement and mindfulness for 23 years.
