Creating a Will and Advance Directive is important regardless of age or wealth. Please join us for a presentation by the Register of Wills on the importance of having a Will and Estate Planning.

  • Understand the role of the Register of Wills Office.
  • Obtain facts about Wills.
  • Understand what is necessary to open an estate.
  • Receive general information on Advance Medical Directives and Powers of Attorney.
  • Learn how to access public records related to Maryland estates.
