Anne Arundel County Public Library, in partnership with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, offers fishing poles for loan from the Deale, Eastport-Annapolis Neck, Edgewater, Mountain Road, and Severna Park libraries.
Fishing pole borrowers must have a library card with Anne Arundel County Public Library and assume all responsibility for the fishing pole and accessories. Fishing poles can be checked out for three weeks. The library will not be held liable for any injury due to the fishing pole. Any fishing pole not returned will result in a replacement fee of $15. Fishing poles must be returned to the location from which they were borrowed, and cannot be returned in the bookdrop or left outside the library.
