AAWDC Career Restart Program

Purpose of Meeting

AAWDC is bringing their Career Restart program into the library for in person sessions. This is a three day program that will develop powerful self-marketing tools and implement strategies that promote confidence and courage that result in rapid employment for participants. Each day is 4 hours of instruction, with self-directed activities. Participants who complete the sessions and activities are eligible for a $500 stipend. This program is free and open to the public. Registration through AAWDC is required.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available with advanced notice for library-sponsored programs. To schedule an interpreter, complete this request form at least one week prior to the event date. For questions, email programming@aacpl.net.
