From the Baltimore/Washington Parkway, head west on Rt. 198 less than 1/4 mile, then turn right at the first traffic light onto Russett Green East. Go past WalMart entrance, then turn left onto Russett Common. The library is on the left.

Tax Preparation Assistance begins February 5

Wednesdays, February 5 – April 15 from 1 - 4 pm. Sign-up sheets at this location will be available at noon on each Wednesday of tax assistance.

Sponsor AARP. AARP membership is not required. Trained volunteers are available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation. Not eligible if you have farm income, rental property income, or self-employed income with a net loss.

Technology

This library offers computers free for public use. Customers can sign up for one hour of computer time with their library card number. It may be possible to extend time if others are not waiting. 

All public library computers offer Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. 

Software and documents can be temporarily saved on computers and will be erased when the customer logs off. 

Copying and printing are available for $.20 per page for black and white, and $1.00 per page for color. Wireless printing from your mobile device is also available; learn more here.

Faxing is available for $1.00 connection fee and $1.00 for each page. Scanning is available at no cost.

Free wifi is available at all library locations.
